1. Services Provided

We offer the following services:

* Digital and Ink Fingerprinting (State, Federal, FINRA, FDLE, ATF, etc.)
* Notary Public and Remote Online Notary Services
* FBI Background Checks
* Identity Verification
* Passport Photos
* Mobile Fingerprinting Services

All services are provided on an appointment or walk-in basis as available.

2. Appointment Policy

Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone. Clients must:

* Arrive on time for appointments.
* Present valid government-issued ID.
* Ensure all forms and documentation are accurate and complete.

**No-shows or late arrivals** may result in forfeiture of the appointment and rescheduling may require an additional fee.

3. Payments and Fees

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and contactless payment options.

**All sales are final.** No refunds will be issued once services are rendered.

4. Use of Information

By using our services, you consent to KIFN collecting and storing your information to:

* Submit fingerprints to appropriate agencies
* Maintain internal service records

* Delays caused by third-party agencies (e.g., FBI, FDLE, FINRA)
* Rejection of fingerprint submissions due to poor-quality prints or incorrect data
* Loss or damages resulting from errors beyond our control

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and complete.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, branding, and service descriptions, are the property of KEA Inc and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

7. Mobile and Remote Services

KIFN provides mobile fingerprinting and notary services upon request. These are subject to additional fees, availability, and terms.

Clients requesting on-site services must ensure a safe, accessible environment.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who:

* Fails to provide valid identification
* Is abusive or threatening to staff
* Attempts fraudulent activity
